Most ceiling fittings stay on the ceiling. Most wall lights stay on the wall. Mado does not choose. The same fitting installs flush to either surface — mounted flat to the ceiling above a bed or reading chair, or to the wall beside it. A single purchase, two possible placements, one decision made at the moment of installation rather than at the moment of purchase.

A disc of warm light

The rounded form is simple and complete — a glossy metal body with a frosted glass face that diffuses the G9 bulb evenly outward. No visible source, no glare, no shadow cast from the rim. Just a soft circle of light that reads clearly against a wall or ceiling without demanding attention from the rest of the room.

Colour that changes everything

Available in four colours, Mado shifts character depending on the finish chosen. In white it feels quiet and architectural against a pale wall or ceiling. Green brings a cooler, calmer accent; orange adds warmth and energy; tawny feels softer and more earthy. The form stays constant, but each colour changes how the fitting sits within the room.

Small in profile, generous in light

The flush mount profile keeps Mado close to the surface it is installed on — appropriate for rooms where clearance matters, or where the fitting should read as part of the wall rather than projecting from it. The included G9 bulb provides soft, consistent light from the moment it is installed, with a voltage range of 90–260V suitable for UK homes.
