The concept for LUNORI wasn’t based on a business model — it originated from an experience.
COPENHAGEN — it was a hushed morning in Copenhagen. A soft, slanting light pooling on wood floors. Silence. There was almost nothing in the room, only a light and some air and peace.
It was then that it all made sense to me: It is light that brings a space to life. Not furniture. Not objects.
Light that breathes.
We started from scratch to bring the lighting brand you truly deserve into this world.
We looked for lighting of this light — quiet, calm, intentional — when we arrived home.
But what we discovered was either overpriced or joyless. So we made our own.
We wanted to bring light that truly soothes.
LUNORI came to life out of the love for slow living, Nordic design and Japanese minimalism.
We want pieces that don’t shout for attention — they absorb it. The lighting which becomes a silence.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be delivered?
You can find the most up-to-date information about our delivery times in our Shipping Policy. Many of our lights are not always in stock and can only be pre-ordered. On the product page of your chosen item, you’ll find a clearly visible green notice above the “Add to cart” button indicating the expected delivery time.
I haven’t received an order confirmation – has my order gone through?
Our order confirmations are sent automatically. If you haven’t received an email, please first check the spam folder of your email account.
If there’s no confirmation there either, make sure that you completed the order correctly.
If a payment was made but you still haven’t received an order confirmation, it’s possible that a wrong email address was entered during checkout. In that case, please contact us with your name and address so we can check the order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email that includes a tracking number. By clicking on this tracking number, you can view the shipment tracking directly.
Why is my delivery delayed?
95% of our parcels are delivered within the delivery time stated for your order. If there are still delays, they may be due to factors outside of our control, such as issues with the shipping provider, delays in production, or other unforeseen circumstances.
My lamp is defective – what should I do?
If a part of your light is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please fill out this [form] within 14 days of delivery and select the reason indicating that your light arrived damaged.
We will then immediately arrange for a replacement light to be sent to you.
How does the return of items work?
To request a return, please fill out our [returns form]. There you’ll receive all further instructions for sending the item back.
Please note that items which are not registered via this form cannot be assigned and therefore cannot be refunded.
I received the wrong light – what now?
If we accidentally sent the wrong item, please fill out this [form] within 14 days of delivery and specify that you received the wrong product.
We will then immediately arrange for the correct item to be delivered.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Since our logistics are fully automated, cancellation is often not possible once the item has already been packed. However, if you haven’t yet received a shipping confirmation, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to change or cancel your order in time.
